AFC ‘B’ Diploma (2017MAR476) & English FA (Fan no- 67481024) licensed coach with over 12 years of experience in youth football coaching, grassroots development, and program design. Currently serving as Head Coach of FC Goa’s U13 team and Assistant Coach for the U15s, with a strong emphasis on individualized player development, technical and tactical progression, and psychological support. Proven track record of building and scaling youth football programs with leading institutions such as Boca Juniors Football School, Arsenal Soccer Schools India, La Liga Football Schools (via India on Track), and FC Goa—creating sustainable, impactful coaching ecosystems across both urban and under-resourced communities. Certified as a FIFA Guardian, committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and development-focused environment. Also a qualified Level 3 Scout, leveraging talent identification skills to strengthen recruitment strategies and on-field coaching outcomes. In addition to coaching, I’ve contributed to the business development and operational sustainability of youth sports programs—helping build profitable, scalable models that balance impact with long-term viability.
