I am Kabir Tomar, someone who has always been deeply intrigued by learning new things and understanding how the world works. From a young age, I have been driven by questions like how things are done, why they are done, and how they can be done better. This innate desire to explore and understand has shaped my approach to life, where I strive to master ideas through hands-on experience and relentless pursuit of knowledge. This mindset naturally led me to pursue a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology Engineering, where I explored the intricacies of life sciences and sought ways to improve existing systems. My undergraduate thesis focused on developing cloned genes with future implications for rapid testing kits for typhoid, demonstrating the ability to apply ingenuity and innovation to solve real-world problems. Currently, I am channeling this same drive for exploration and analytical thinking into the business domain as I pursue my Master's in Management with a specialization in Business Analytics. I am dedicated to bridging the gap between technical expertise and strategic thinking, aiming to create impactful solutions powered by data-driven insights. Beyond work, I stay active through weight training, hiking, and cricket, which have taught me discipline, teamwork, and focus. Traveling extensively has broadened my perspective on different cultures and ways of life, while drone videography and photography let me channel my creativity and capture the beauty of the world. I’ve always believed that being disciplined and mentally fit is the key to thinking clearly and making meaningful decisions. On the professional front, I have contributed to diverse projects, applying my skills in data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver meaningful results. Whether it is optimizing processes, uncovering insights, or building strategies, I approach every challenge with the goal of mastering it and improving upon it.
