About Kabirul Islam

I am a Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM), currently working as ESG Project Executive at British American Tobacco Bangladesh. I am Self-driven & result-oriented business professional with 10 years of functional & cross-functional experience in a wider area of Supply Chain Management, including, Operations Planning & Management, Logistics & Distribution Management, Procurement, Production Management, Crop Growing, Processing, Field administration and Skills & Capability building. I have been working closely with rural & tribal people in CTG Hill Tracts and Cox’s Bazar to improve their livelihood and woman empowerment by giving them technical knowledge & support in their field crop and linkage to market to sell their products. In addition, different training has been conducted like, household farming, IPM, safe use of Agrochemicals, crop diversification, crop rotation, nursery management, modern mechanization etc. which aim to enrich their knowledge & capable them in their day-to-day farming activities. Demonstrated expertise in Leading teams to attaining corporate objectives and enhance corporate reputation through CSR initiatives and implementation of ESG agendas in crop growing areas along with Control & Compliance. Able to bring significant improvement in process perfection through my knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management.
