With over 10 years of work experience in the engineering and construction industry, I am a passionate and skilled Infrastructure Engineer and Project Manager who strives to deliver high-quality and sustainable solutions for complex projects. I hold a master's degree in Project Management from the University of Liverpool and a PRINCE2 certification, demonstrating my competence and commitment to the best practices in project management. I currently work at Dar Al-Handasah, one of the leading international multidisciplinary consulting firms, where I share their vision of creating a better world through innovation and excellence. At Dar Al-Handasah, I proactively coordinate Project Control, Management and Construction Administration activities for various infrastructure projects in Eastern Africa, ensuring that all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) and QA/QC procedures are observed. I also initiate, develop and grow the business of the firm, its subsidiaries and affiliates. Also responsible for stakeholder management & engagement. I leverage my skills in construction claims management, and design management to provide leadership for project-centered business processes and to deliver solutions that meet the client's needs and expectations. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of engineers, designers, and consultants, and I always seek to learn from their expertise and perspectives.
