About Kacee Kubli

With over 12 years of experience in the craft beer and service industry, I am a passionate and driven General Manager. I currently oversee all operations, sales, staffing, and customer engagement at Oakshire Brewing's Portland Beer Hall. I lead a team of dedicated and talented staff who share our vision of creating a welcoming space for all. I have successfully increased our sales and brand awareness in the Portland market, while maintaining our commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and excellence. I have also leveraged my coaching and marketing skills to develop and implement effective strategies for enhancing our customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention, as well as attracting new and diverse customers. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate with other professionals and organizations, and I am committed to advancing the craft beer industry and culture in Oregon and beyond.
