I first learnt about the natural healing ability of the body when I was introduced to Kinesiology in 2004. I was suffering with a physical symptom that had gone on for 5 years. Kinesiology can be difficult to understand as it deals with the underlying cause of presenting issues. These issues can range from physical symptoms, emotional upsets and traumas, feeling stuck in life, sabotaging goals, loss of motivation (and so on). Everything is made up of energy, including the physical body. Balance this energy, release the energy blockages (in the form of suppressed emotions and beliefs) and life changes. Look what happens with the electrical circuit to a light is broken, the light doesn't work. Same principle with your body, mind and spirit. Life is about balance! This year I was introduced to a product that switches on a protein in the body to increase the production of antioxidants. Sending messages to the body to do what it was naturally supposed to do. I have connected with Kinesiology, this natural botanical product and DoTerra Essential Oils because they all support the body's natural function through emotional, physical and mental stress, free radical damage. When everything is balanced it functions well and so do you!
