About Kacey Hall

I bring over a decade of experience in healthcare administration, team coordination, and customer service, with a proven ability to manage complex workflows, support senior professionals, and foster strong relationships across teams and stakeholders. In my current role as a Senior Medical Secretary at Greenslopes Private Hospital, I coordinate schedules for multiple specialists, manage high volumes of patient appointments and theatre bookings, and oversee the delivery of confidential, high-quality administrative support. I also play a leadership role within the team — guiding staff, ensuring procedural consistency, and handling escalations with professionalism and empathy.Previously, I worked within the public health system at West Moreton Hospital and Health Services, where I supported medical records management and ensured timely access to patient documentation — often within high-pressure, time-critical settings. My early experience across administrative and retail leadership roles further developed my skills in communication, operations, and people management.Throughout my career, I’ve consistently demonstrated strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. I thrive in roles that require coordination, communication, and adaptability — and I’m passionate about supporting teams to achieve their goals through efficiency, structure, and collaboration.
