Business Management Professional with experience on a farm and is upgrading her skills to bring digital agriculture practices to Saskatchewan's Agricultural sector again. Having grown up on a grain farm and vegetable processing farm, I know there is always more to learn and I am always looking to find out more. I am adept at brainstorming, people skills and creative processes. I have a variety of skills acquired from a varied background ranging from: Post Secondary Education Instruction: Communication, presentation skills, writing, delivery of training Services sector: Building strong relationships, attending to others and tailoring needs to each specific person Administration: Execution of education and events, organization, ownership, collaboration, problem solving Lastly, I have spent years volunteering, with such groups as Kin Canada, Big Brothers Big Sisters as well as multiple small town organizations. Through volunteering, I have learned empathy, creativity, resourcefulness and people skills.
