About Kaci Beesecker

I’m currently building my career in collegiate athletics through hands-on roles that blend compliance, coaching, and athlete development. At Minnesota State University, Mankato, I serve as a Compliance Intern, where I help monitor NCAA rules, update documentation, and support coaches and student-athletes to ensure all programs operate with integrity. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how compliance connects to the overall success and reputation of athletic departments. Alongside my internship, I work as a Volunteer Assistant Volleyball Coach at MSU Mankato. Coaching allows me to stay close to the competitive side of sports while helping athletes grow both on and off the court. I enjoy creating a positive team culture, assisting with practice, and contributing to game-day preparation. Outside of the college setting, I’m also an Assistant Softball Coach at Wapsie Valley, where I have the opportunity to mentor young athletes and help them strengthen their skills, confidence, and teamwork. Each of these experiences has shaped my passion for collegiate athletics and my desire to continue growing in areas like compliance, administration, and coaching. My goal is to make a positive impact on student-athletes and help create environments where they can succeed academically, athletically, and personally.
