My name is Kaci Conley Born & raised in the state of Florida mainly from Pine Island being a Fishermans daughter raised practically on a boat. Main locations of travel from Florida to Geogia sometimes Alabama visiting with family, talk about preciouses' times that were well spent and much needed time because I was not getting any younger. From the beginning of my first employment up until now had been some good learning experiences with that being said dealing with numerous customers and personalities some not being the most pleasant by the way they approach you including their demeanor, the way I have approached those situations is to always treat others the way you would want to be treated no matter the situation, listening to what they are saying as they speak so then you do not want to miss any important information being said. Working Retail/Cashier/Customer Service/Receptionist has allot of learning curves to any job opportunities. Retail industry from customer service including the other industry companies with the experience that I have had working with different employees as a team from to be given guidance to giving guidance making it easier for each other to work together. As an employe to be able to help an individual find a product within the store or to be able to answer any questions that may be concerning to a customer, finding a solution to their needs as well as in mind the customer is always right in the credentials of researching or asking a former employee who may know the answer if not the answer that is given could be useful to the next customer. When being taught about the importance of cash handling teaching myself of the importance of being detailed oriented in the situation or any type of situation due to the simple fact of keeping things in order in the computer system is important including counting carefully in change or cash one little miscount can throw the numbers off at the end of night of closing. In the time of being a receptionist has made allot of achievements to be able to use in the future from dealing with a high volume of incoming calls all at once to be able to place customers on hold in the time answering phone call in a timely manner from transferring to a department or taking messages by via email. From dealing with one-on-one customers by phone and in person, helping each individual customer that had approached from looking for a department to be directed. Only having customer service experience and other related experience, anything that comes my way I am willing to learn within the company.
