About Kaci Roach

I am a creative problem solver with experience in project management, data analysis, community development, and public policy. I currently serve as the Executive Director for HHW Ohio. HHW Ohio is dedicated to accelerating women's success in high demand, high wage careers. We provide leadership development for women looking to climb the career ladder in their industry and build awareness of career options for women considering a new career. I also serve as the Director, Partnership for New Growth Group, a workforce development consulting firm, located in Cleveland. In this role, I manage New Growth’s communication strategy and provide strategic direction for research and grant administration projects Previously, I worked as an independent consultant with startups and nonprofits in the Cincinnati/Dayton area. My services included web design, content creation, communications plan development and strategic business planning. I also worked for StriveTogether, a subsidiary of KnowledgeWorks. At StriveTogether, I uncovered four ways collective impact partnerships work to influence public policy, changing the organization’s view of how partnerships engage with the public sector; analyzed the budgets of several cradle to career partnerships, uncovering funding and staffing trends that shifted organizational thinking and messaging; building trust within partnerships and; pioneered and tested a new process of displaying and sharing content that lead to an increase in the download rate of key pieces Before joining StriveTogether, I worked with the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education where I developed content and interactive features for OhioMeansSuccess.
