About Kacper Kuta
Extrovert engineer who likes numerical analysis - only validated. First CAD, then CAE, but it's the prototype that I enjoy the most. I am a mechanical engineer and a PhD student in mechanical engineering, with a scientific background and many years of experience in thermomechanical analysis and system design. As part of my academic work, I analyze contact thermal resistances, but I am still looking for my research niche. I am eager to take on roles where engineering work is combined with scientific development and vice versa - ones where only by using the latest discoveries can engineering problems be solved. I have been involved in thermal system design and reliability analysis of satellite components, as well as laboratory testing in space-like conditions. On a daily basis, I apply my knowledge of design optimization and Finite Element Method (FEM), especially in the context of static mechanics and heat flow analyses. I have experience working with the latest technologies, including advanced machining methods like 5-axis CNC machining and 3D printing, which allow me to design and develop optimal solutions for high engineering requirements. I am also a regular attendee of industry conferences, in recent years ESTEW (European Space Thermal Engineering Workshop) and courses (last year Product Assurance Awareness Training Course), where I present my research results and exchange knowledge with other industry professionals. I am eager to take on new challenges, focusing on process optimization, numerical modeling and advanced technology development.
