About Kacper Nowosadzki

I am an Agile Coach with a positive approach and unwavering faith in people and the fact that everything can be changed – it only takes time. I like to take risks at work and follow a path that no one has ever gone before – I am in constant learning mode and encourage teams to do the same. I value strong teams and a good atmosphere at work, leading to value delivered in every Sprint. A data-driven mindset helps me and the teams I work with draw conclusions based on facts and data instead of gut feelings. In over 10 years of professional experience, I cooperated with more than 15 different teams across organizations such as PKO BP, Bank Millennium, Raiffeisen Polbank, Deutsche Bank, or PKN Orlen – as a team member, as well as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach. I conducted multiple workshops and training sessions with senior management, product owners, project managers, and teams. I have experience working in customer-supplier situations and in the banking environment. Teams I worked with provided complex solutions for market-leading mobile banking apps or risk and retail credit departments. I began my career as an Analyst working arm-in-arm with other team members. This experience has given me a great understanding of the Product Owner and Development Team roles, and that is one of the reasons why I can effectively support teams on a daily basis. In the last 2 years alone I conducted Scrum/Agile trainings for over 200 people in different industries (e.g. ERGO, Budimex, Pekao S.A.). In 2023 I had the pleasure to be a co-speaker at AgileByExample 2023 with the topic "How system thinking enabled us to see the whole and pushed us to change the way we work". During the last 5 years, I have been focusing on Agile Transformations in the Polish banking sector’s leading companies.
