About Kacy Craig

I am a benefits consulting actuary and have been with Aon throughout my career. I have two key areas of focus: benefit program competitive benchmarking and retirement plan actuarial consulting. In the benefits benchmarking area, I work with multiple organizations each year to measure the competitiveness of their overall employee benefits program using Aon’s industry-leading benchmarking tools, Benefit Index® and Benefit SpecSelect. I work with organizations across all industries with particular focus on Retail and Technology. Our benchmarking solutions equip professionals with an understanding of best practices and emerging trends in the ever-evolving benefits landscape. In the actuarial services space, I help plan sponsors understand how to best manage the costs and complexities associated with their pension plans, defined contribution plans and retiree health care plans. My experience includes retirement plan design, funding and financing strategies, compliance issues, pension de-risking, mergers and acquisitions and more. I am a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Enrolled Actuary.
