In addition, I have the ability to collaborate with others in the development, implementation, and evaluation of organizational health and safety policies and practices. Lastly, I can facilitate and support effective employee and labour relations in both non-union and union environments. As a financial specialist I have developed my financial, analytical, customer service, administration and Interpersonal Skills. I have gained these skills from my daily client service experience, such as monitoring water consumption and helping clients find solutions for high water usage. With my B.A in Law I am knowledgeable in employment law and similar legislations that secures employee safety such as the Employment Standards, Human Rights, Occupational Health and Safety.
