I am an Operations Lead and Auto Appraiser at North Alabama Auto Appraisals where I manage a team of field appraisers and oversee daily functions relating to customer care and insurance repair claims. I have saved insurance companies large amounts of money by cutting out extra additions shop were adding to bills and negotiated with them to reach fair and accurate estimates. I have also conducted onsite evaluations and investigations as needed, delivering timely and reliable reports and resolving disputes.In addition to my role at I am a CBRN Officer in the US Army, responsible for the health, welfare, readiness, and professional development of 35+ soldiers. I have overseen day-to-day operations and long-term plans involving nuclear, biological, and chemical hazards, using the Army Safety Program and OSHA standards. I have multiple certifications, including Certified Hazardous Materials Technician Level II, CPR, AED, and Microsoft Word 2013, that enable me to perform my duties effectively and efficiently. I have led projects and demonstrated exceptional performance and management skills during emergency situations, exceeding expectations of senior leadership.I am currently pursuing my MBA from University of North Alabama, where I graduated with a BS in in 2022. I have a strong interest in business administration and management, and I seek to enhance my skills and knowledge in this field. I value teamwork, excellence, and integrity, and I am passionate about learning new skills and applying them to challenging situations. My goal is to leverage my diverse and extensive experience to pursue a career in any and all operations roles.
