As a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in sports, I am dedicated to promoting the participation and representation of underrepresented communities in sports and recreation. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and barriers facing athletes from underrepresented communities, I am committed to fostering a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. My experience in sports inclusion spans a wide range of initiatives, including organising & delivering events, developing policies, managing marketing & promotion and providing training/education to local, state and national sports organisations. I am adept at building strong partnerships and leveraging resources to create sustainable change and advance the conversation around inclusion in sports. I prioritise community engagement and collaboration in my work, recognising that meaningful progress can only be achieved by working closely with those most impacted by discrimination and exclusion. Through my work, I have seen firsthand the incredible power of sports to bring people together and create positive social change.
