About Kade Simmons

With over 15 years of professional work experience in management and various customer-facing roles, I am a strategic customer success manager at Avidbots, a company that provides smart cleaning robots for commercial spaces. I am certified in business strategy from Cornell University and have a background in interactive multimedia and computer sciences from Columbia College Chicago. As a strategic CS manager, I identify proactive ways to improve our expansion motion while driving customer retention. I own the CS team's strategic processes from macro to micro levels, ensuring alignment with the strategy for each part of the customers' journey. I also leverage data to analyze and report on performance and business outcomes, identify consistent challenges and patterns across the CS org, and create solutions with measurable results. I collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, serve as a point of escalation for client issues, and travel to customer sites to deploy, implement, train, and onboard users on robot operations.
