I am Kade Turner, an honors graduate from Auburn University. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management. Passionate about personal and professional growth, I am dedicated to advancing my education and career by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA). With a strong foundation set in my current role at SPOC Automation as a Procurement Manager, I am committed to expanding my knowledge and skills in supply chain, leadership, and strategic thinking. Personal Leadership Philosophy: I always strive to be the helper in any situation and am often the peacemaker in a series of conflicts. I spend time investing in myself so that I am able to give to those around me. I value a high ethical code of morals based on personal worth and character, rather than status or influence. I am curious about having an infinite mindset in a time when people are so finite-focused. I respect those who never give up, those with passion and desire to learn. I listen first and try to understand, placing myself in the person’s situation. I care about everyone regardless of their past or mistakes; we all are human beings in this world.
