About Kadi Kangur

As a compassionate and result-oriented nurse practitioner, I've had the privilege of guiding anxious, distressed patients towards understanding, hope and healing. I loved being a nurse, especially the moments where I could empower others through education, whether explaining complex diagnoses or calming fears with clarity and care. Now, I’m bringing that same dedication, curiosity, and people-first mindset into the dynamic world of information technology. Programming - Completed a comprehensive Java course, resulting in a practical software project tailored for the local healthcare system. QA & testing - Finished a course in manual and automation testing, further solidifying my interest and abilities in tech. People skills - Years of frontline healthcare work have honed my communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence. I do my best to bring these skills into every team I join. Lifelong learner - Whether it's exploring IT, diving deeper into languages, or learning about the world’s most poisonous bird (it's the hooded pitohui, for those who are interested!), I’m always game for knowledge and curious about the world around me. When I’m not immersed in code or test scenarios, you’ll find me sipping tea with a good book, cruising on a longboard, or knitting something in occasionally unexpected places.
