About Kaelin Cassidy

I build brands at the intersection of product, culture, and talent — turning ideas into campaigns, collections, and programs that matter. • Brand & Product Positioning – Helped shape Volcom’s Global Snow outerwear line, bringing in snowboarder Desiree Melancon and driving a top-selling pant that redefined how the brand showed up in the market. • Storytelling with Authenticity – Integrated more women into Volcom’s Skate and Snow programs, strengthened athlete relationships, and delivered content that athletes and consumers genuinely trusted. • End-to-End Execution – From strategy to photoshoots to sell-through, I’ve led global product launches, built campaign assets, managed athlete and influencer programs, and partnered across design, sales, and digital to get it done. • Leadership & Growth – Built processes, produced events, managed budgets and contracts, and led teams through transitions by creating trust, clarity, and structure. Athletes and colleagues continue to request me back because of the value I bring.I occasionally consult under Grease Be With You, supporting select wellness, lifestyle, and creative brands with campaign strategy, operations, and production. At the core, I know how to connect product to people — whether it’s an athlete, influencer, or everyday customer. I thrive when I’m building stronger programs, stronger teams, and stronger brands.
