Background
About Kaelyn Haddon
My name is Kaelyn Haddon and I was born and raised in Nags Head, North Carolina. I attended college at North Carolina State University in Raleigh and graduated in 2017 with a degree in Business Administration concentrating in Human Resources. I believe my dedication, creativity, and detail oriented mind will benefit me greatly in my career. I have a strong background in retail and sales. Throughout high school and college I worked at a clothing retail store in Duck, North Carolina called Donna Designs. This store is a part of a group of local businesses called the Waterfront Shops located on a boardwalk overlooking the sound. My experience in this field taught me the importance of excellent customer service. Providing customers with attentive and friendly assistance boosted our sales and reputation. This job taught me many other important lessons such as the importance of hard work, dedication, and responsibility. During my time at Donna Designs, I also coordinated arts and crafts activities for children. I supervised these events while parents were free to shop at the numerous stores along the boardwalk. One of our most popular activities included making unique, hand crafted "fish-print" t-shirts. These made perfect souvenirs for the children to remember their vacation on the Outer Banks. After graduating college, I began working at Personify - a recruiting company located in downtown Raleigh, NC - as a Client Services Coordinator I. In this role, I work closely with recruiters by scheduling interviews for candidates on behalf of Personify's largest client. I schedule interviews at various locations across the United States and book travel for candidate's when needed. This job requires extreme attention to detail, problem solving skills, time management skills, and a level head. I have greatly enjoyed my time at Personify so far and look forward to the future!
