I am an advocate who has dedicated a significant portion of their journey to championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with an unwavering commitment to Prison Reform, Fair Treatment, Human Rights, Mental Health access, local food support, and the vibrant heartbeat of local communities. Professional Background: Having traversed through various realms in education, theater, and non-profit work, my journey has been a tapestry of experiences aimed at crafting meaningful change where it's needed most. I believe that it is our duty as humans to care for and empower those around us. Compelling Public Speaker: Beyond advocacy, I speak from a place of years of lived experience, personal growing, and continued education. From enlightening conferences to thought-provoking webinars, my aim is to inspire others to join the collective journey towards positive change and community support. DEI Visionary: Years of navigating diverse landscapes have shown me the transformative power of inclusivity, sparking innovation and success. Ensuring that all voices are in the conversations and that communities feel safe is my top concern in advocacy work. Prison Reform Activist: As I have grown in my understanding of humans through the stories I have been honored to hear I am convinced that the way that our justice system currently works is not conducive to rehabilitation and re-entry into the community. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone has a different lived experience. It is vital to the health of our communities that we embrace and help restore people instead of punishing them. Mental Health Advocate: Knowing ones self and dealing with Traumas is so important. Breaking down stigmas and encouraging healthy healing is life changing and community shifting. I work towards having healthy conversations and am a proud patient to an incredible therapist. I am embarking on a lifelong mission to paint a world of equal opportunities, fair representation, and thriving local magic.
