As a Senior Investment Officer at Botswana Development Corporation (BDC), I am responsible for business development, structuring, negotiation, deal execution, and transaction management of complex debt and equity investments. With over 12 years of experience in the banking industry, I have developed strong skills in corporate finance, financial analysis, and project management. My mission is to contribute to the economic development and diversification of Botswana by identifying and supporting viable and sustainable projects across various sectors. I have successfully closed multiple deals in the commercial and corporate space, growing the various commercial Banks balance sheet and portfolio. I hold a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Derby and an Associate Retail Banker designation from the International Academy of Retail Banking. I am also certified in financial analysis and accounting fundamentals by the Corporate Finance Institute.
