I pride myself on being a team leader who can balance company goals and objectives with motivation and teamwork in order to achieve desired results. I am passionate about leading people and ensuring continuous improvement with lean operations. My employee focus remains on a team environment built on integrity, trust, communication and discipline that leads to improved effectiveness. My operational focus remains on highly efficient processes that eliminate waste while maintaining the parameters of safety and quality. I achieve results by employing a transformational leadership style where I collect information and adapt my approach to each situation in order to successfully solve problems and ensure forward movement. Last, but not least, there must be a little fun injected into everything I do. These are just a few of the many traits I have developed through my previous experiences. I began my career in the Air Force with technical training as a metals technology specialist where I became a certified welder, machinist, and all-around fabrication specialist. After several years of hands on experience I received leadership training that allowed me to advance to a supervisory position where I could manage and lead my manufacturing team to success. As I continued to complete leadership education, and work experience, I was able to promote through several positions. My previous work has taught me how to lead manufacturing, logistics, and overall operations management of fast-moving dynamic work environments consisting of 10 to over 700 employees.
