About Kai Baer

Communication in all its forms without empathy is just a row of monologues. Empathic by nature, I use this principle as a guideline in all I do. My more than 19 years at Snell Louhivuori Tallqvist as an Art Director have provided me with the skills needed as a versatile designer. All my work includes good arguments both in content and in terms of implementation. I am rich in ideas and I am able to innovate, as well as maintain existing graphic guidelines, in any given media. My client list included both international and domestic brands. My work as a visual merchandiser has given me good insight on usable in-store marketing materials as well as trade shows. My work as a teacher has taught me excellent social skills. At Let´s do!T Ive got the opportunity to produce content and design several websites for customers as well as design our own. More importantly, I have had the pleasure to lead my own team, consisting of colleagues and freelancers tailored according to customer need. I graduated from the Rastor Institute with a specialist vocational degree in Management and Corporate Governance (Acting as a director, personnel and competence management, customer relationship management, and in addition an online course in project management). During my career I have worked in so many different teams as the project leader, but I decided to upgrade my skills in this area of professional qualification. My previous achievements has brought me 7 awards. My biggest award, however, has been positive client feedback both with regard to the quality of work and smooth cooperation.
