I am someone with the ability to collaborate effectively with others and can foster a supportive and encouraging environment for those around me, driving teams to development and success.My adept communication skills enable me to connect with team members and colleagues, understand their needs, and provide constructive feedback for improvement in both mine and their skills. I have been coaching football since the age of 15 (I'm now 22). My coaching experience includes several boy teams in the York area of England and a combined 9 months of coaching in Orlando, Florida alongside former players like; Ex England and Manchester United player Alan Smith, Ex Scotland international Gary Teale, Ex Crystal Palace player and Jamaica Captain Claude David, and former Sheffield Wednesday and Orlando City player Luke Boden. Furthering the point made previously, my biggest achievement to date is having the opportunity to coach academy level football in the United States alongside former professionals of the game. Other previous work experiences include; bar work, restaurants, water sport lake, refereeing, labourer and retail.
