About Kai Hillberry

I have 13 years' experience designing curriculum, creating engaging classroom activities and hands-on scenarios, role playing, brainstorming and other interactive activities. I have created and facilitated trainings on various topics including customer service strategies including active listening skills, adult learning theory, holistic health & wellbeing, ageism, product and online platform engagement and Salesforce (CRM) training. I have trained in-person from one-hour up to eight hours a day as well as led training sessions (one to five hours) online via Zoom and Microsoft teams. It's important to me to make connections with individuals (customers or team members), build a team environment, and make the learning experience engaging and comfortable to try new things or make mistakes. I utilize different methods to ensure all participants know how to apply the knowledge and understand the importance of the information. Also, using their previous understanding to build on the information. I am organized and can be flexible and alter a plan if participants are not engaged or not understanding. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with her family and friends with outdoor adventures including hiking, camping, paddle boarding or skiing. If we are not outside, we are enjoying a movie or a friendly competition of Uno Flip or Trouble game!
