A General Manager and Project Director with expertise in managing the design and construction of complex technical projects in Resources (Coal, Iron ore, Copper, Nickle and Gold) and Infrastructure (Roads, Ports, Railway, water and Wastewater). I have experience as full life cycle Client Project Manager with proven ability to deliver effective outcomes with all contracting models including EPC, EPCM, ECI, Alliances and Fixed Lump Sums. My expertise is in managing projects from concept and feasibility studies through to construction, commissioning, ramp up and full production of complete mine sites and advanced water treatment plants (Sewerage and Desalination). I have an absolute commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance. My Engineering qualifications and MBA in Project Management provide me with a holistic and robust knowledge that underpins my approach to successfully managing multidiscipline engineering design teams, pre-contracts management, commercial management. My management style focuses on organisational and functional structures and streamlining project processes. and improving local, regional, and national partnership opportunities that maximise value for money with Zero Harm as core value.
