About Kai Kopitzke

With six years of experience in the design industry, I have developed a diverse portfolio that includes architectural wall paneling, custom chandeliers and lighting, sheet metal design for electromechanical devices, and product photography for web assets and social media. I also obtained a certification in UX design through Harness Projects. As an industrial designer for various companies, I have refined my communication skills and learned to tailor my work to meet the needs of different clients and team members. My experience working with clients from the design phase through to the manufacturing phase is a valuable asset. I am passionate about further developing my creative skills and take pride in delivering a seamless experience for clients. I excel in various forms of mixed media, fine arts, digital art, ceramics, and both digital and film photography. I thoroughly enjoy learning and mastering new techniques and processes, whether it involves a new manufacturing method or an old photographic technique. My expertise includes using Figma, 3D modeling software such as Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, and KeyShot, as well as proficiency in 3D printing, and working with laser cutters and CNC routers. This makes me a versatile designer with a wide range of skills. I am always eager to take on new challenges and collaborate with like-minded individuals to bring creative ideas to life.
