Since 2009 I'm working in the strategic direction to close the development period gaps between CE and Automotive Industry. Therefore I was deeply involved, as a Samsung representative, in the (Car Connectivty Consortium) establishement, which developed the Mirrorlink standard. Today the is also taking care to standardize the digital key which will replace the standard key fob of the past 15 years and will put it to our Smartphones and Wearables by using NFC technology. Since 2012 I'm working in special projects to get CE devices into the car, managing international/intercultural projects. Most visible project and still ongoing is the BMW Touch Command. It was firstly introduced to public in 2015. It's a 7 inch tablet for the rearseats to control comfort functions such as climate control, sun shields, RSE, seating position, interior lightning, etc.
