About Kai Leung

Mr. Leung has more than 30 years of experience in technology assessment, software development, and over 15 years of managing software development and IT projects. This experience has encompassed a broad range of specific activities such as: requirements analysis and specification, system/software design, development, testing, integration and documentation for projects involving distributed real-time client/server Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems, business process re-engineering, database systems and human factors. He has worked as a project manager and technical lead of multiple client-server and Web-enabled systems for the government, pharmaceutical and transportation companies. He has a strong focus on program management including an extensive understanding of P&L responsibility, Earned Value Management (EVM), project planning, cost control, and human resource management. He has clear understanding of Software Quality Assurance process and Software Development life cycle, and has particular experience with software design and development, database design and data modeling, enterprise architecture design and implementation, and Internet/Intranet/Extranet technology.
