About Kai McCann

I am currently employed as a Junior Sales Consultant with Bionic working from their Luton branch. Each day I am learning new skills in the sales industry and further developing myself to reach higher levels in my career. Previous to my job I studied at Central Bedfordshire College completely a level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installation and also have gained key experience on site. Since being in work I have developed some key skills to a great level. From previously working in hospitality and retail to now sales and finance it has boosted my confidence in my ability to help customers and communicate effectively. I have also gained great experience in team work and grew my leadership skills. I am very attentive and respectful to my colleagues always taking their opinions and ideas on board to be as efficient as possible. I believe discipline is a major factor to improve in your role and enables you to reach your full potential.
