I motivate and convince my team with a vision of business development and a strategic roadmap, including new ideas, innovations and digital solutions. This is in line with my passion for logistics at the highest quality level. In doing so, I communicate with my broad understanding of all areas of the supply chain, as well as contract logistics with partners from other business units and service providers. A constant exchange guarantees my clear attitude to constantly question old approaches and to go new ways if necessary.
