About Kai Vorholz

As the Vice President of PSB Engineering and Execution Americas at Rolls-Royce Solutions America, I lead a team of engineers and project managers designing and delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions. As a team we developed and implemented modern energy projects using gas and diesel fuels, as well as renewable sources such as HVO and biogases. Prime movers are RICE but solutions also included Battery Storage. I have a proven track record of successful development campaigns, EPC programs and heading operations of landfill gas portfolios. I am very proud of having enabled high performance in my teams by creating a safe and fun workspace based on trust and mutual respect. I am passionate about distributed and standby power generation, data center solutions, microgrids, and CHP/CCHP systems.
