About Kai Yu

I am an engineering leader with 10 years experience working in the conjunction of statistics, data science, machine learning and software development. I use them as my toolkits to drive insight, create features, products and deliver better experiences for end customers. I build teams to have fun and make history. My key strengths are delivering high-quality outputs, working in a fast-paced environment, building the team to achieve high success and practicing agility. I enjoy taking the ambiguous business problems and turning them into well-defined, actionable and measurable solutions. As a leader in the field of science and technology, I am a firm believer in continuous innovation through the constant practice of Learning and Being Curious. This has led me to a variety of adventures in statistical consulting, fraud prevention, payments, process automation, marketing and advertising. I met many talented people in this journey. By giving and receiving mentorship through the most passionate individuals empowers my personal growth as well as the growth of the organization as a whole. “Stay hungry, Stay foolish,” I seize opportunities and challenges to contribute and grow.
