About Kai Yu

A compassionate, conscientious individual who understands the importance of quality client/customer care, diversity and inclusion, and interpersonal communication. Throughout my work and studies, I have developed outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, learned basics of languages such as French, Spanish, and ASL to help bridge communication with clients, taken additional courses and certification to break down barriers in diversity and inclusion and create more inclusive environments. I take pride and joy in being of assistance: I enjoy volunteer work when I am able, and thoroughly enjoy clerical support, such as transcription, office assisting, and data entry, as well as directing clients/customers, scheduling, and whichever way I can be of help to superiors and clients.
