I have had the privilege of working with leading power distribution companies in India, beginning my journey with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (formerly NDPL), where I served as a Customer Relation Officer. This role provided me with invaluable insights into the evolving landscape of customer service, fostering strong community relationships for mutual benefit. Transitioning to Reliance Energy, Mumbai, I contributed to the Corporate Customer Service division, playing a pivotal role in the implementation of innovative services and shaping the service roadmap for the organization. My responsibilities included closely monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of new processes, analyzing consumer trends, conducting performance reviews, and crafting strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Currently, I am leveraging my expertise at R-Infra JV with GoNCTD, BSES Rajdhani Power Limited, focusing on Business Process Improvement, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Billing, Recovery, and AOP preparations. I thrive on identifying opportunities for operational enhancement and driving impactful solutions that drive business success and customer delight.
