About Kailey Groess

I am a Deans list student at North Dakota State University, currently pursuing a business degree with majors in Business Admin & Management, and Economics, complemented by a minor in Entrepreneurship. Engaged in the 4+1 program, I am concurrently working towards a master's degree in Agribusiness and Applied Economics. My current role involves interning at Dakota Medical Foundation, where I contribute to meaningful projects. Beyond my academic pursuits, I wear multiple hats as a Direct Support Professional for Adults with disabilities, a Graduate Research Assistant, and an avid dog and babysitter. Throughout my college journey, my goals include active participation in volunteerism, gaining in-depth insights into the business world, and ensuring my last years of education end on a high note. Post-graduation, I am set on pursuing a law degree, finding inspiration in unconventional legal portrayals such as She-Hulk and Legally Blonde, despite their cheesy charm. Originally from the upper Twin Cities, Minnesota, I have future plans to return there for full-time work. In my leisure time, I maintain a regular gym routine, participate in pageants, and cherish moments with my family, which, of course, includes my two beloved bulldogs. Coming from a bustling family background, I thrive in a fast-paced environment, always fueled by the desire to keep moving forward.
