About Kairi Pops

There are few things I enjoy more in life than creating branding strategies that help established businesses build a modern, unique, and trustworthy identity and catapult them into the 21 st century! As a HR & Brand Manager at Standard, I get to do just that. I am responsible for various types of both external and internal communications, ranging from advertisements, trade fairs and website management to our very own newsletter and cooperation proposals. Since I joined in the spring of 2018, I have been able to establish a new identity for Standard including a new logo, communication strategies, marketing outreach and much more. Calling these last few years “rewarding” would be an understatement. Having previously worked in the manufacture and logistics industries, I have developed strong time management, multi-tasking and project management skills that underline my organized and structured work ethic. In my free time, I cherish every minute I get to read books, do yoga, and I also occasionally help small, aspiring companies create marketing strategies. Lastly, I greatly appreciate the meaning of lifelong learning which is why I graduated with a Master degree from Tallinn University of Technology after having focused on work for many years.
