He grew up across the city—living in Pasadena, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Hollywood Hills, Brentwood, and Inglewood—before settling in Beverly Hills at 12 and attending El Rodeo Elementary and Beverly Hills High School, where he formed lasting community ties. His interest in architecture began during summers with his grandfather, an engineer at the Department of Housing and Urban Development. A fan of Frank Lloyd Wright, his grandfather built a Wright-inspired home and introduced Kairi to Wright’s legacy and apprentices, including Robert W. Beharka—experiences that would later shape his path in real estate. Kairi studied design and marketing in fashion school, opening two high-end retail stores on West Hollywood’s 3rd Street during his senior year. After a successful 15-year fashion career, he founded a production company and shifted into creative marketing—working with brands like Toyota and Live Nation—while curating gallery shows. Blending strong design instincts with sharp branding and sales skills, Kairi brings a unique edge to real estate. His deep knowledge of L.A. neighborhoods and ability to align properties with clients’ aesthetics make him a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers. Kairi is known for his integrity, loyalty, and warm, personable style. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors.
