About Kaitlin Murphy

I have vast experience and knowledge for administering the full cycle human resources activity to fullfill all company human resource requirements. In addition, I have experience with working in a cross-cultural work environments. I bellieve that a diverse workplace allows for an enriching work setting and is key to an organization's success. I have a strong commitment to safety, health and the environment. In addition to obtaining my BBA - HR Honors Degree, I have over six (6) years experience in the HR administrative and advisory role. My work experience has given me the ability to prove that I am able to maintain high level of confidentiality at all times. My knowledge in and skills using computers, admin procedures and HRMS database systems are quite acute. This includes a thorough knowldge of MS Office, as well as records retention responsibilities. As a team member, I am expected to pay extremely close attention to detail, and work with intricate office procedures. My organizational, managerial and people skills attest to that. My constant interaction with people has helped to sharpen my conflict resolution skills and my communication abilities, both oral and written. Being fluent in both official languages allow me to exchange information as well as compose and proofread correspondence. My experience as a professional has given me the experience of working under a deadline, and having to complete numerous tasks at one time, both as a team member and independently. This has helped me experience different levels of composed multi-tasking and delegation abilities. Maintaning order and consistency is something I stive for, no matter what situation may arise.
