About Kaitlin Seger

I am a go getter, team player, and I love working with people! As a Master of Organizational Psychology I aspire to work in upper management to gain some experience to attain my long term goal of being an organizational consultant. I am a firm believer in promoting company growth via promoting employee growth, and would love to work for an organization that upholds these same values. Currently I work in higher ED and I absolutely love it. Daily I fight for equitable resources for our students and make sure everyone gets an opportunity to achieve academic greatness. As a psychology major my need to spread good will to the world motivates me to perform exceptionally well in my roles. At the end of the day it's the amount of smiles I can put on others faces when connecting with students, faculty, and staff.
