About Kaitlin Soch

I have a passion for teaching and know that I will contribute to the success of your school. I have had a variety of work experiences that I feel match the versatility you are looking for. You will find me to be well-spoken, energetic, confident, and personable; the type of educator that is easy to work with. In all of my teaching roles I have been recognized as a creative and successful professional on whom my students, parents, peers, and administration can rely. My collaborative and innovative nature compliments my efforts in maintaining positive relationships with students, teachers, parents, and administrators, which consequently broadens a student’s base of available educational support. This is evident in the fact that I currently have served as a team lead for the past six years and am regularly utilized as a model classroom for environment, management, and instructional strategies. I mentor new and upcoming teachers, have been a student council administrator, and regularly make it a point to be present at after school extracurricular, athletic, and community events. I maintain regular communications with parents, and tutor students after school hours as needed.
