About Kaitlyn Bergin

I am a Production Coordinator who supports large-scale events around the world. Since starting in 2025, I’ve had the opportunity to work in Maui, Las Vegas, and New York City. I work best in fast-paced environments where adaptability, organization, and teamwork are key. I’m a quick learner, a reliable collaborator, and someone who takes pride in keeping projects on track while supporting the bigger vision. My background in production stretches back to community theater, where I was an active member of the National Thespian Society. Later, at Saint Louis University, I was nationally recognized for my work in post-pandemic student engagement. Throughout 4 years, I served as Panhellenic VP of Programming, Student Homecoming Committee Chair, Student Involvement Center Office Assistant, and Delta Gamma Director of Fundraising. Across these roles, I learned how to lead, collaborate, and problem-solve with diverse teams—skills that continue to shape how I work today. Now, I’m focused on growing as a freelance Event Coordinator and Production Assistant. I’m available for hire and always enjoy networking with others in the industry.
