I'm a creative curriculum designer with a strong understanding of multiple learning principals and data-driven strategies. I'm a strong leader that inspires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. I excel in problem solving with a strategic plan and am not afraid to jump in and get my hands dirty I have extensive experience engaging stakeholders around common goals and driving lasting change. I utilize technology to increase efficiency and improve operational structures. I have experience with various EdTech software, LMS systems, etc. Here are few fun facts about me: I thrive off of my creativity. I constantly have my hands on a craft project and see new skills as a challenge to overcome. Singing is my number one coping strategy and my favorite way to express emotions. I am a detailed planner and love to organize but I am always ready to adapt to change because life does not always fit into a plan, we make it work. I am always the one that people turn to when they need advice. I pride myself on being here for others.
