About Kaitlyn Pearson

I’m an operations leader with a track record of building order in complex, fast-moving environments—from scaling systems and teams in mission-driven organizations to coordinating safety-critical aviation operations in remote Alaska. My background spans technology and systems management, event and program operations, and frontline leadership in high-volume, high-risk settings. I specialize in translating strategy into practical workflows, aligning people and systems, and keeping operations running smoothly when conditions are dynamic, time-sensitive, or unpredictable.Previously, I led cross-functional teams, managed seven-figure budgets, and owned Salesforce administration and systems implementation to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and support organizational growth. More recently, I’ve brought those same operational principles into the field—overseeing daily helicopter tour operations, leading teams of 15+ staff, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring dozens of flights launch safely and on schedule in weather-dependent, logistically complex environments.Across roles, I’m known for calm decision-making under pressure, clear communication, and building strong teams and systems that hold up both in boardrooms and on the flight line.
