About Kaitlyn Rahn

Passionate in providing support to others, and dedicated to efficient decision making to complex situations. I have the ability to understand a variety of issues within a workplace, and having the tools to best support these complex issues. With my educational background in organizational psychology and current role as a HR associate, I am adept at enhancing the employee experience, recruitment and developing positive workplace cultures. One of my favorite authors Dale Carnege once said " Learning is an active process. We learn by doing. Only knowledge that is used sticks in your mind". That's what I plan to implement in not only my life but my career. I believe learning and bettering yourself is a life long commitment, and I love that I can do that in the field of Human Resources, by not only pushing myself to learn and apply new strategies, but to also better serve my company, and the employees within it.
