Hi, I’m Kaitlyn! I thrive on developing leaders and teams who are problem-solvers, critical thinkers, and who care deeply about their colleagues and customers. His words, and his article “The Man in the Arena,” inspire my purpose: I choose happiness, optimism, and the pursuit of being the best version of myself. I set high standards, embrace new challenges with resilience, and radiate joy and excitement for life. As Chief of Staff to the CEO at LIV Golf, I have the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and culture. I partner closely with Scott O’Neil and our executive team to drive key initiatives, streamline communication, and ensure alignment across the organization. Whether I’m supporting our teams on the ground at global events, facilitating cross-functional projects, or helping shape our long-term vision, I love being a connector and a catalyst for growth. My journey has taken me from Utah to London to New York City, and from world-class entertainment to the cutting edge of sports innovation. Each experience has broadened my perspective and strengthened my belief that vulnerability is the most powerful tool of connection.
