I thrive in customer service positions and settings. I have managerial experience running a busy medical equipment repair facility office. I have experience managing an allergy clinic, creating my own patient base by self advertising about the services I provided. I was a teacher for 4+ years. I am the sole customer service agent for a game development studio. I manage my time effectively. I am great with people, young and old. I lived and worked in South Korea for 5 years. I am searching for a remote job to dedicate my time to, full time. I am a great multitasker! I also have a great amount of experience moderating communities and handling support inquiries. I am innovative and creative. I have many years of experience in creating materials for education. I pride myself on the fact that if I don't know the answer or how to do something, I do extensive research from many different sources until I am thoroughly educated on the subject, which makes me very resourceful. I am very technologically inclined, my workplace peers often come to me when needing help with anything tech related. I am also incredibly skilled at multitasking and managing my time. I also have everything I need to work remotely in any time zone. I am driven and have great communication abilities, and I adapt to changing environments well.
